Aaron Kramis
President
Aaron Kramis offers more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience.
As the president of Mountain Pacific Commercial Mortgage, Aaron originates, negotiates, and structures new permanent financing for commercial real estate investments, as well as underwrites and presents transactions to the credit committees. Aaron also serves as a finance consultant and outside advisor to the Mortgage Investment Committee of D.B. Fitzpatrick Company, the mortgage portfolio investment manager for the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI).
Education
Aaron has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since April 2009. He graduated from Gonzaga University (Spokane, WA) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in May 1997.
Professional Accolades
Aaron has underwritten and closed over $1,500,000,000 in loans with pension funds, life insurance companies, CMBS, Housing Urban Development (HUD), FNMA, Freddie Mac, and commercial and investment banks. Property types underwritten include office, retail, medical, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, self-storage, and senior care. Outside of commercial real estate, he helped develop a non-profit environmental group and coordinated multiple agricultural education campaigns and youth initiative programs in Jamaica and the West Indies while in the U.S. Peace Corps from 1998 to 2000.
