Barry Washburn offers more than 15 years of customer service experience.
As the transaction coordinator of Mountain Pacific Commercial Mortgage since 2018, Barry provides the consistent communication needed to successfully navigate the complexities of each commercial real estate transaction. Barry also has experience in sourcing financing for various property types, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, and self-storage facilities.
Education
Barry is currently working toward a CCIM designation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
