Pat March offers more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience.
As a commercial mortgage broker and the founder of Mountain Pacific Commercial Mortgage, Pat originates and places construction and term financing for various commercial real estate projects in Idaho and Oregon. A long-time investor and developer with a large real estate portfolio, Pat has additional experience as a commercial realtor, the president and principal of two Boise-based construction companies, and an outside advisor for the Mortgage Investment Committee of D.B. Fitzpatrick Company, the mortgage portfolio investment manager for the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI).
Pat has facilitated financing for over $1,749,400,000 in loans through commercial banks, life insurance companies, pension funds, HUD-insured lenders, FNMA-DUS, and GNMA. He specializes in originating and placing construction and term financing for shopping centers, retail projects, industrial buildings, hotels, office buildings, self-storage facilities, business parks, and multi-family housing developments in Idaho and Oregon. When he was a commercial realtor, he assisted a troubled syndicator in selling all real estate assets for 22 limited partnerships and led his largest client to acquire 14 apartment projects over a nine-year span.
